R STANDS FOR RISK ASSESSMENT OF THE INJURY

There are low risk and high risk injuries. Personal trainer should decide which injuries can be trained and which injuries can not be trained by him. In risk assessment there are four questions and four tests have to be done to know about the injuries.

E STANDS FOE EVALUATION OF MOVEMENT PATH- MECHANICS

In this we understand poor positioning , poor technique, poor biomechanics. For example how do I know somebody's shoulder joint and scapula is working properly or not ?

H STANDS FOR LOOSENING PROCEDURES

In this we generally do stretches and point stretches.(TRIGGER POINTS)

A STANDS FOR ACTIVATION DRILL

I n this we improve muscle control and stability of joints drills. Rehab Trainer introduces tubing that is applied to each body part.

B STANDS FOR BEGINNING OF TRAINING

In this we are ready to start training  of a client  who can do exercises without pain.
